Cushman & Wakefield announces two Associate promotions and appoints a new partner in its Asset services business

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has awarded promotions to new positions to three Asset Services employees. Agnieszka Małysa-Bartos and Bożena Jurek were promoted to Associate, while Grzegorz Dyląg became a Partner.

Grzegorz Dyląg joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and was promoted to Associate five years ago. For over two years he has been Head of Asset Services Business Space with responsibility for core office, hospitality and industrial portfolios. His key duties include business development, optimisation and automation of operational processes, implementation of procedures and good practices, coordination and ongoing support of real estate teams, and providing technical, sustainability and innovation support. Previously, Grzegorz was also responsible for space leasing, lease renegotiations, and coordination of fit-out and project works in buildings under his management. His key clients include: DEKA Immobilien, Logicor, Union Investment, Amundi, DWS, Credit Suisse, Ghelamco, W-HIH, CA Immo, Skanska, Cromwell, Globalworth, and ING Leasing. Grzegorz graduated in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and completed postgraduate studies in real estate management.

Agnieszka Małysa-Bartos has 16 years of experience in commercial real estate as a property and leasing manager. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 as a Property Manager. Previously, Agnieszka worked for DTZ as an office property manager, for Panattoni Europe with responsibility for warehouse projects, and for Auchan, where she was responsible for property management and marketing for several shopping centres. In her current role as a Senior Property Manager, she is responsible for Logicor’s portfolio. Agnieszka is a licenced property manager and a graduate of Warsaw University and the Warsaw University of Technology.

Bożena Jurek has 18 years of real estate experience, including 14 years spent at global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. As a Senior Property Manager, she has been responsible for the office portfolio of a major client. Bożena is a graduate of the University of Management and Law in Warsaw, a licenced property manager, a RICS member and a CCIM.
