Neopark, acquired by Amundi Real Estate on behalf of the funds it manages, has strengthened the property management portfolio of Cushman & Wakefield. The complex consisting of two office buildings offers a total of 24,600 sq m.
Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has won a double mandate to deliver property and asset management for Neopark, an office complex which has been recently acquired by French investment manager Amundi Real Estate.
-Neopark is the second acquisition of Amundi in Poland after Nowogrodzka. We are delighted that they have once again entrusted us with managing their assets. Neopark is a very interesting property built to meet sustainability requirements. For this project we will provide a full range of property management services including leasing, asset management, financial and technical services – says Justyna Kijewska, Associate, Asset Services, Cushman & Wakefield.
Neopark is located in the Mokotów business district, at the junction of Cybernetyki and Wynalazek streets. The property consists of two standalone buildings: Building A (ul. Cybernetyki 10) and Building B (ul. Wynalazek 1) with a combined area of 24,600 sq m of office space. The complex of two five-storey buildings was completed by French-based developer Yareal. The modern cascading façade of the office buildings blends well with the green courtyard equipped with bicycle racks and benches, making it an ideal space for meetings and relaxation. Neopark is BREEAM certified with an Excellent rating, which is confirmation of its work-life balance focus.
