Cushman & Wakefield wins property management of two Warsaw Spire office buildings

Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of two Warsaw Spire office buildings in Plac Europejski in Warsaw by CA Immo.

The Warsaw Spire office complex is one of the most iconic buildings in Europe. It is located in Plac Europejski, next to Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station, and offers a total of 100,000 sq m of office and public spaces.

Cushman & Wakefield took over property management of Warsaw Spire B and Warsaw Spire C, having a combined area of 40,000 sq m, in early September.
