New CEE leadership roles in Asset services
Leading real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has recently announced new appointments to their enhanced CEE leadership team. Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, based in Poland, and Ondřej Fukal, based in the Czech Republic, are now Co-Heads of Asset Services in the CEE region. These changes are to support regional client requirements with the best possible services.
Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz is Head of Asset Services department at Cushman & Wakefield. She is responsible for the entire business line (office, retail, logistics property management and hotels), leading a team of over 220 professionals. She is also responsible for strategic client management, quality management and process improvements, business development, negotiations and innovation implementation. Zuzanna joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2006 as a Property Manager. In 2010, she was appointed Associate Director in Property Management Business Space. Key clients she and her team have worked for have included: Deka, Logicor, CA IMMO, DWS, Amundi, CBRE GI, and Skanska. What is especially important for her work is her extensive experience in property management – including large portfolios, cross-border Client support and a full understanding of complex processes in the property lifecycle. In her role of the Head of Asset ServicesOperations she is responsible for the whole business line, including strategic planning and organization of resources to deliver projects as well as results delivery. Zuzanna is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an accredited RICS International Mediator. She also holds a PhD in Economics.
“I feel honoured with the trust and appreciation this role places in me. It is also a great opportunity to confirm and expand what we have been doing in terms of our CEE co-operation and support within the region: sustainability, digitalisation, AI, intrapreneurship. I am looking forward to being in close touch with all my colleagues from CEE to strengthen our business in the currently volatile environment and to deliver exceptional results to our clients and investors,” says Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz, Co-Head of Asset Services, CEE.
“What I find greatly inspiring is being a part of Cushman & Wakefield, a company which creates a unique environment enabling us to evolve and benefit from the diversity in our teams. It is great to work with people who are open-minded, inspiring and looking for the best sides of every person,” adds Zuzanna Paciorkiewicz.
Ondřej Fukal runs a team of over 100 professionals dealing with all areas of property management for commercial properties, including lease administration, reporting and double-entry bookkeeping. His team ensures delivery of sustainable and high-quality services in all sectors – shopping centre management as well as office projects and logistics. Ondřej has 27 years of experience in many areas of property and facility management; he joined Healey & Baker (a Cushman & Wakefield predecessor) in 1994 and since then has worked in both technically orientated facility management firms and in the agency sector. He re-joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2006. He is familiar with local private investors as well as international institutional clients. Ondřej is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the ICSC, a lecturer in the MBA Real Estate program at the College of Economics Prague (VŠE) and a lecturer in the Facility Management Institute.
“I am very happy with this promotion and would like to thank our company leadership for their trust in me. I am looking forward to working closely with my colleagues and to sharing experience and best practices across the region. Cushman & Wakefield already has a very strong position as the leading CEE property management company and I trust we can further enhance this position to bring even more value to our clients,” says Ondřej Fukal, Co-Head of Asset Services, CEE.
“Diversity in the team for sure is a great benefit. Colleagues from different backgrounds see things from different angles so we are then able to deliver more complex and innovative services to our clients – it is as simple as that. The culture in Cushman & Wakefield is very supportive to diversity and inclusion and I am extremely grateful for that,” adds Ondřej Fukal.
