A bridge between science and business – as experts, we spread knowledge about prefabricated construction

As part of a long-term, multi-threaded and successful cooperation with the Bialystok University of Technology, we spread knowledge about prefabrication among students of the international and interdisciplinary field of Construction and Building Systems Engineering.

On January 27, the vice-president of the Management Board of the F.B.I. TASBUD PhD Andrzej M. Czapczuk and Director of the Prefabrication Department of F.B.I. TASBUD – Piotr Krakowski, as experts, conducted a two-hour seminar on modern aspects of designing and implementing prefabricated reinforced concrete structures on the Polish and European market.

We are proud that as experts in innovative prefabrication technologies, we can pass on to the young generation knowledge based on practice. F.B.I. TASBUD International Group due to the Prefabrication Division and the Scientific and Research Division developed in its structures, has achieved a number of innovative solutions and systems, including class A patents in the field of e.g. connectors of prefabricated elements (passive prefabricated construction).

Students from Poland and around the world got knowledge about differences in the design, production and assembly of prefabricated structures in individual countries of the European Community, also about the standardization of solutions – from design through production to efficient assembly. Modern prefabricated elements are used in the realizations of the F.B.I. TASBUD both in Poland and on export markets, including Scandinavian. Below we present investments carried out by the F.B.I. TASBUD using prefabricated elements in Sweden.
