AEW: Tech companies choose Klif Tower

Three new companies have recently signed up to join the tenants of the Klif Tower office building, where global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield is the property manager. These are HuaPol Telekom Sp. z o.o. and HSG SUN Sp. z o.o. from the telecommunications industry and an IT firm CKSource, which is behind the globally renowned CKEditor software. The lease agreements were facilitated by BNP Paribas, which represented the landlord during the leasing process.

A new tenant comes to the Klif Tower!

CKSource, the company behind the dedicated content editing software that has been allowing users with no experience in programming to create app content since 2006, has moved into a 601 sq m space on the 12th floor of the office building at ul. Okopowa 58/72. The new office of the Warsaw-based company will be located within a 20-minute walk from its previous head office.

-The Klif Tower office building is rated very highly for its comfortable work environment, while additionally being appreciated for its convenient location and easy access to the city’s infrastructure and the renowned Dom Mody Klif shopping centre with its large car park, and as such it has proven over the years to be the right choice for companies looking for a boutique office setting, – says Robert Gietko, Asset Manager, who represents AEW, the owner of one of the most recognizable mixed-use complexes in Warsaw.

Proximity to one of Warsaw’s main thoroughfares means that the 15-floor building located in Wola and offering close to 8,000 sq m of modular office space can be quickly and conveniently accessed by public transport and by car alike. What makes the complex stand out against other schemes is the spacious car park holding more than 900 parking spaces with a CCTV system in place. It is also to be noted that visitors to the complex can park there for free for up to three hours. Moreover, the car park will soon see the addition of EV charging stations.

The Klif Tower offers excellent access to both lines of Warsaw’s metro system. Additionally, there are six city bike docking stations within a radius of 500 metres from the building, while the Klif Tower itself is located along the crucial bike path connecting Żoliborz to Warsaw’s new business district now emerging around Daszyńskiego Roundabout.

The Klif Tower and the Dom Mody Klif shopping centre form one of Warsaw’s first mixed-use schemes. It is where work, convenient shopping, social meetings and cultural events have been happening for 21 years now.

-Dom Mody Klif and the Klif Tower offer an exceptional space for business clients and customers alike. The unique character of the complex, the cosy atmosphere of both the office and retail sections, and its first-rate location make this space attractive for companies looking for simple and comprehensive solutions – says Waldemar Kurdziel-Świeczka, Head of the Dom Mody Klif and Klif Tower complex, from global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, acting as the property manager for the buildings.

The Dom Mody Klif and Klif Tower complex was opened in 1999 as one of Poland’s first mixed-use schemes. Its convenient location, premium retail offering and additional amenities such as the concierge service have turned the Klif brand into a permanent fixture on the map of contemporary Warsaw. The Klif complex is an award-winning trend-setter that provides a comfortable space in a boutique setting that extends a friendly welcome to visitors and employees alike.
