Cushman & Wakefield appointed as property manager for Chmielna 89
Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield was appointed as a property manager for Chmielna 89, an office building in Warsaw’s Wola district, with effect from September 2020.
Chmielna 89 Office Building is located in the capital’s central business hub and is owned by Cavatina Holding S.A. and a fund of Madison International Realty which has recently acquired a 65% stake in the project. It features a characteristic undercut shape resembling a crystal. The 14-floor building offers over 25,000 sq m of office space. Its anchor tenant is PKO Bank Polski.
