DSV Leases New Space in Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II

DSV Road Sp. z o.o., a leading logistics operator in Poland and Europe, has leased over 2,000 sq m of floorspace in Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II. The tenant was represented in the transaction by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

DSV Road is a company of the DSV Group, which delivers transport and logistics services worldwide and has offices in more than 90 countries on six contents. The Group has been active in Poland since 1995 and currently has around 2,200 staff in 30 locations across the country.

DSV leased 2,366 sq m of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II in early July. 

“The requirement reported by DSV resulted from their growing volumes of goods distributed in the Bydgoszcz area,” says Maciej Szczepański, Business Development Manager, Cushman & Wakefield. “The leased facility will serve mainly as a cross-docking warehouse and enable cooperation with clients looking for contract logistics services. With its structure and security features, the building is well-placed to handle a very broad range of shipments, including dangerous goods (ADR).”

Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II is an office and warehouse complex offering close to 40,000 sq m of industrial space. It is located within the city limits, a short distance from the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park. Designed for warehousing and light manufacturing, the facility can be flexibly tailored to the needs of a single company or several tenants. The park features convenient service yards, spacious parking facilities and modern office units. It is BREEAM-certified with a GOOD rating. The park is situated close to Nowotoruńska Street, along a railway line and in the vicinity of the railway siding connected to the Piła-Bydgoszcz-Kutno-Warsaw line.
