hotelAG – experienced hotel developer

hotelAG is a group of experienced professionals operating on the basis of Asset & Project Management. As part of hotel projects, hotelAG specialists perform comprehensive activities in the field of functional concepts as well as financial analysis, construction, pre-opening, opening and management as well as sales, marketing and PR.

In 2019, the hotelAG group opened in Warsaw’s Mokotów district the first hotel of the Four Points by Sheraton brand in Poland, which is part of the Marriott International structure. In August of the same year, a 4-star resort hotel, Seaside Park Kołobrzeg, was opened.

Currently, the hotelAG group is carrying out a project to build and launch, the Four Points by Sheraton Gdansk Airport, which will be built directly at the airport in Gdansk. The facility will have 123 rooms, a restaurant, bar, fitness center, conference facilities and nearly 140 above-ground parking spaces. The hotel is scheduled to open at the end of 2022.

The hotelAG conducts further talks with external investors interested in entering the hotel industry and opening a hotel, or seeking advice and assistance in selected areas of their current business. There are plans for further investments located both in municipal business and departmental locations.
