Wojdyła Business Park SA signs up a new tenant
A4BEE Sp. z o.o. has leased 600 sq m of office space in Wojdyła Business Park SA. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield advised the landlord on the transaction.
A4BEE Sp. z o.o. is a start-up focusing on creating innovative and unique technological solutions. It supports global businesses in such sectors as biotechnology, pharma, healthcare and manufacturing with digital innovations.

Wojdyła Business Park is located in Wrocław’s Fabryczna district, Muchoborska Street. The office complex offers a total of 27,700 sq m of office space. It is one of the most modern office parks in Wrocław. Wojdyła Business Park consists of three self-contained five-floor buildings providing class A office space and services on the ground floor. It is situated in the Western Business District, next to the inner city ring road, just 5 km from the Wrocław Market Square and 6 km from International Wrocław Strachowice Airport.
