ATAL, a nationwide developer, delivered 1,639 apartments in the first half of 2021, which means an increase of over 32% year on year (1,240). Most of the premises were delivered in Warsaw (485), Łódź (282) and Poznań (254). In the period from January to June this year. ATAL has contracted 2,044 premises – which is the best six-month result in the company’s history. In individual months of 2021, the company contracted the following number of active development and preliminary agreements: January – 211, February – 236, March – 400, April – 413, May – 382, June – 402. is the company’s monthly sales record.

The potential for transfers for this year is up to 4,000. apartments. This year’s sales level is estimated at approx. 4 thousand. premises. The sales results in the first half of the year are record-breaking in the company’s history. After 6 months of this year, we broke the ceiling of 2,000 contracted premises. The indicators achieved in H1 2021 confirm that ATAL is in a very good condition and is effectively responding to the current market trends. On June 30 this year. General Meeting of Shareholders of ATAL S.A. approved a dividend payment of 80% of the parent’s last year’s net profit. This means that the shareholders will receive PLN 117.3 million, or PLN 3.03 per share. The remaining part of the generated profit – PLN 28.4 million – will be allocated to the supplementary capital. The dividend record date is July 7, and the payout date is July 15 this year. From the beginning of the presence of ATAL S.A. on the WSE, the total amount of dividend paid is PLN 524 million.

ATAL is a dividend company. In 2016, a dividend of PLN 0.61 per share was paid, which totaled PLN 23.7 million. At that time, the dividend amounted to approx. 48% of the parent company’s 2015 net profit. In 2017, ATAL paid shareholders PLN 1.68 per share, i.e. approx. PLN 65 million – which constituted approx. 55% of the net profit of the parent company in 2016. In 2018, the company paid its shareholders PLN 137 million (PLN 3.54 per share), i.e. almost 84% of the parent company’s 2017 profit. In 2019, the company paid a record dividend of approximately PLN 182 million (PLN 4.70 per share), which accounted for 100% of the parent company’s 2018 profit. Last year, the dividend policy was changed once due to the situation related to the coronavirus pandemic.

In the first quarter of 2021, ATAL generated consolidated revenues of as much as PLN 287.37 million. This result is 55% higher than last year. In this reporting period, the net result attributable to the shareholders of the parent company amounted to PLN 48.50 million – an increase of 117% yoy. The gross margin on sales from January to March was 22.8%. The net margin was 16.9%. The potential for transfers for this year is up to 4,000. apartments. This year’s sales may also amount to approx. 4 thousand. premises.

In the first quarter of 2021, ATAL acquired 2 new investment plots in Katowice and Poznań. The total cost of purchasing new plots is approximately PLN 52 million per sqm. The usable area is PLN 648, which confirms the implementation of a rational policy of purchasing plots for investments. The purchased land will allow for the implementation of 80 thousand. sqm PUM. The current land bank owned by the company covers over one million sq m. PUM, which fully secures the company’s investment plans for the coming years.
