GREMBOX expands in Ruda Śląska

Grembox, a distributor and producer of corrugated boxes and other packaging materials, has decided to lease warehouse space in Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III. The tenant was represented in the transaction by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Grembox Sp. z o.o. is a specialist distributor of a wide range of cardboard packaging materials, with a special focus on delivering comprehensive services to e-commerce companies. It is headquartered in Ruda Śląska, where it made a decision to lease close to 10,000 sq m of warehouse and manufacturing space.

“Grembox has been going from strength to strength recently, which has translated into an increased requirement for new space. Panattoni’s complex has turned out to be the best option for our client as it is conveniently located and offers flexibility in combining warehouse units. Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III consists of two class A warehouses offering a total of 71,050 sq m suitable for tenants from various sectors. The complex features large truck courts, grade-level doors and LED lighting. The development has been awarded a BREEAM certificate with a “Very Good” rating demonstrating that it meets high quality criteria. The park enjoys easy access to key roads in its region.
