We build for NEOCITY POLSKA

The NDI Group will build the first stage of a housing estate in Warsaw for NEOCITY POLSKA. It is Neopolis, which is being built in one of the most dynamically developing districts – in Ursus, in Silnikowa Street.

Neopolis consists of 4 eight-storey buildings with an underground garage, in which a total of 478 apartments are planned, with a surface area ranging from 34 to 91 m². Each of them will have a balcony, terrace or garden. The buildings will house storage rooms, bicycle boxes and rooms for strollers available to residents. There will be a separate service space on the ground floor of the buildings.

A natural playground for children, a place for active leisure and a dog park will be built on the investment site. The residents will also have at their disposal a green patio free of car traffic, and in a specially designated area, flower meadows and a vegetable garden for residents.

The project is to be completed within 20 months from signing the contract.
