Squire Patton Boggs Advises Mogotel Hotel Group on Launch in Poland

Squire Patton Boggs has advised Riga-based Mogotel Hotel Group, one of the largest hotel operatorsin the Baltic states, on the launch of its first hotel in Poland.

The luxury five-star hotel, formerly known as The Sofitel Wrocław Old Town, is part of Wratislavia Center, close to the city’s historic market square. The four-storey hotel, which will operate under a Wyndham brand, has 205 guest rooms as well as the largest hotel event space in Wrocław, with a capacity of 400 people. The building also has three restaurants and a spa.

The team advising on the transaction was led by Michał Smolny, co-head of the firm’s Real Estate team in Warsaw, and included Karolina Łasowska, Patrycja Pacholczak and Julia Szafkowska.
