Siltec has been on the market for over 40 years. What exactly do you do? Who are your main customers?

We are a leader in providing comprehensive solutions in the areas of power supply and security. We have created a comprehensive offer, including our own products and equipment from world class suppliers. Our clients include, among others, military forces, special services, NATO and European Union institutions, as well as companies from the telecommunications, banking, industry, construction and other sectors. Our long-term presence on the market proves the trust placed in us.

What makes you stand out in the industry? What is the basis for trust placed in you by leading companies and institutions from many sectors?

Over 40 years of experience, access to advanced technical solutions and qualified staff are our key assets. We have gained the trust of leading companies and institutions through the reliability of our products, flexible approach to the customer and the ability to adapt to new technical challenges, while offering a full range of services, from design consulting, through technical selection and sale of equipment, to after-sales and service.

Your product portfolio is very wide, from power generators to advanced systems for government services and institutions. Where does this diversity come from?

Our versatility stems from our desire to meet the diverse needs of our customers. We offer solutions ranging from uninterruptible power supply systems to equipment for the protection of classified and sensitive information. We conduct research and successfully build prototypes of new devices, also for uniformed departments and central state institutions, adapting to the needs of uniformed services, state institutions, but also business customers from the broadly understood private sectors.

A backup generator or UPS is something that can be useful in any workplace. How to choose the right device for our needs?

It is crucial to understand the specifics of the business and the client’s requirements. We analyze their needs and priorities for response time to power outages, allowing us to tailor the right solution for you, whether it’s a UPS, a backup generator, or both.

The systems you offer help public institutions keep us all safe. Should private companies also be interested in similar solutions?

Absolutely. The safety and reliability of the power supply are crucial for the operation of any business. Our systems can protect against losses resulting from power outages, which is critical for operational continuity and data security.

The customer is extremely important to you and you often implement comprehensive solutions tailored to individual needs. Are there any projects that you would particularly like to share?

We have completed many difficult and technically complex installations. One of our significant projects was the delivery of a comprehensive power supply system for a large telecommunications network, guaranteeing the continuity of services even in the event of a long-term power grid failure.

Supplying equipment for uniformed services is associated with the need to meet strict standards. Is it a difficult task to maintain a sufficiently high quality at all times?

Of course, it’s a challenge, but meeting these strict standards is a priority for us. Our production processes and quality control are harmonized to the highest standards. Maintaining high quality is an essential requirement when it comes to supplying equipment to uniformed services, but we also approach it when providing services to all other sectors in which we operate.

What are the next challenges facing Siltec? Is there still a room for further development on the market, or are you more focused on improving your products?

Our challenges include further development in domestic and international markets and the introduction of new technologies. We focus on both expanding and improving our products to meet the dynamic needs of customers.

What are your personal plans for the coming years? Do you have a professional goal that you would like to achieve?

My goal is to continue to develop Siltec as a leader in power and safety. I would like it to keep being chosen by our clients for our technologically advanced solutions and the reliability of our products.

What model of management do you prefer? How do you motivate your employees to reach their full potential?

I believe in openness and collaboration. Our management model is based on the trust and commitment of the team. We motivate employees by empowering them to develop their skills and recognizing their contribution to success. It is this common pursuit of goals that makes Siltec grow dynamically.
