Bank Millennium is Customer Relationship Star

Bank Millennium is among banks recognised in the “Stars of Banking” ranking held by “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” and PwC as technical partner. In the “Customer Relationship Star” category, where assessment is made not by members of the jury but customers of banks (12,000 people replied to a number of questions on how they see their relationship with the bank and how they are treated by their institution of first choice), Bank Millennium came third.


 The Customer Relationship Star is an important award. We are particularly happy to be among the top three in a category where the winners are selected directed by the persons concerned i.e. by customers who voiced their opinions in a survey made by the organiser. Quality of service has always been one of our priorities and the ranking by “Dziennik Gazeta Prawna” confirmed that we are among the best companies in Poland in terms of quality. This is above all thanks to the people – the teams, which provide direct customer service, but also friendly processes and innovative technological solutions, which are a must in the difficult time of the pandemic – said Iwona Jarzębska, Public Relations Director of Bank Millennium.
