Construction of modern housing estate named Fantazja in Bemowo district in Warsaw
F.B.I. TASBUD International Group as a General Contractor is starting the construction of housing Estate consist of 5 modern buildings at Kopalniana Street in Bemowo district in Warsaw.
The developer of the project is Cordia Capital Group, which is implementing building projects in Warsaw, Cracow and Gdańsk, planning further premieres in other large cities in Poland. The company operates intensively and successfully also in the Hungary, Romania and recently also in Spain and UK.
The Fantazja was designed by Latergrupa Architects.
The Fantazja multifamily housing estate will stand out with its remarkable and eye-catching design referring to modern Scandinavian style, which we know well from our Group’s constructions in Scandinavia. The soaring roofs and the bright façade with the natural wood elements will make the buildings retain their style regardless of time.
The 147 apartments with areas from 40 to 120 metric squares will be waiting for the future residents. Loft-type apartments up to 5 meters high are planned on the top floors of the buildings.
The quiet, green location perfectly harmonizes with a good connection with the entire city. The estate is being built in the dynamically developing Bemowo district near Fort Chrzanów and the new metro station – Połczyńska, which will connect the district with all parts of the capital. Also the proximity of the S8 national route allows for a quick exit from Warsaw.
The project is conducive to spending time outdoors. Each apartment will have a spacious loggia or garden. The buildings will have underground car park with spaces for electric cars, with direct access from ul. Kopalniana, which will guarantee no car traffic inside the estate.
The location of the complex insures the proximity of large green areas such as the Kampinos Forest, Park Górczewska or Bemowo Forest, where future residents will be able to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
