Europcar opens an office in Greenwings Offices

Car rental chain Europcar has leased an office in GreenWings Offices. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield is the leasing agent and property manager for the building.

Europcar is part of the world’s largest car rental network with a fleet of over 190,000 vehicles in more than 13,000 locations. In Poland, it has rental stations in the 12 largest cities and at all the international airports in the country.

The company leased office space in GreenWings Offices. “We managed to complete the transaction very swiftly – it literally took a moment for the parties to agree to the details of the agreement and changes to the leased space. We are pleased to have brokered this lease right at the beginning of our cooperation with GreenWings,” says Monika Sieradzan, Senior Consultant, Cushman & Wakefield.

GreenWings Offices is a modern and sustainable building that combines state-of-the-art technologies with environmental awareness. The two-winged class A office building is located in the vicinity of Warsaw’s International Chopin Airport. GreenWings Offices has close to 11,000 sq m of office space spread over its seven floors and 270 parking spaces in a three-level underground car park.

The overriding philosophy of GreenWings Offices was to provide innovative technologies to minimize operating costs and improve wellbeing at work by applying an eco-friendly approach to designing offices. The office building features two-stage air filtration, live green walls and natural finishing materials. It has received the BREEAM certificate with a Very Good rating.
