Maxon Nieruchomości comes to Riverside Park in Warsaw

MAXON Nieruchomości will open an office in Warsaw’s Powiśle district this coming February. The landlord of the Riverside Park was represented during the lease transaction process by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

MAXON Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. is a real estate agency with more than 30 years of presence on the Polish market and 150 residential property advisers and 30 commercial property consultants. It already has six branches in Warsaw and will soon open its seventh office comprising 135 sq m in the Riverside Park.

The Riverside Park office complex consists of two buildings offering a total of 12,700 sqm of class A office space. It is located in Fabryczna Street in the Powiśle district, near the intersection of two main thorough fares: Trasa Łazienkowska and Wisłostrada. The complex is managed by Cromwell Property Group on behalf of Cromwell European REIT.
