NDI will build a plant for ATM Lighting

The NDI Group submitted the best offer for the construction of an industrial plant with an office part for ATM Lighting. The contract has already been signed.

NDI will build an industrial plant and offices in Maszynowa Street in Gdańsk. The production hall is to have an area of 2,961.3 and a cubature of 22,680 m3. In addition, 651 m2 of new office space and 3,612 m2 of production and warehouse space will be built. Additionally, the plans include land development, construction of 172m3 rainwater retention tanks and rain gardens.

There are nine months to complete all work and obtain an occupancy permit.
