Pro-ecological and innovative production facility of modules and prefabricated F.B.I.TASBUD International Group is the laureate of the 13th edition of the TopBuilder 2021 competition
TopBuilder is a very prestigious and recognized award in the construction market. It is awarded for revolutionizing products, new technologies and innovations, including proven material, technological and construction solutions.
The competition jury distinguished our innovative and environmentally friendly production facility of modules and prefabricated elements in reinforced concrete and concrete technology in the Załuski commune near Warsaw and awarded it with a statuette in the category of innovative investments, i.e. successfully completed projects that reflect sustainable construction and architecture. Our factory with high production capacity is a response to the growing demand of the construction sector for modern prefabrication technologies both in Poland and abroad.
Due to successfull and long-term cooperation of the Group with outstanding scientific units such as the Warsaw University of Technology and the Polish Academy of Sciences and the creation of a multi-threaded Consortium with them, the factory has a much wider, innovative range of products, such as, for example, surface and facade photocatalytic prefabricates with the ability to purify air, rainwater permeability along with the possibility of its treatment, noise reduction, and even the ability to self-disinfect the surface of products from viruses and bacteria.
It is worth noting that this is another prestigious award granted for innovative solutions used in our pro-ecological factory in the field of reinforced concrete prefabrication technology. F.B.I. TASBUD International Group in the field of prefabrication itself has already been awarded, among others for the System of integrated energy-saving construction made of prefabricated reinforced concrete load-bearing walls, or the Innovative joint of prefabricated elements.
