RTV EURO AGD leases a warehouse in Lublin

Euro-net, the owner of retail chain RTV EURO AGD, has leased warehouse and office space in 7R Park Lublin. The tenant was represented during the transaction process by global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Euro-net is a Polish company with 30 years of presence on the market. It operates an online store at euro.com.pl and has more than 300 brick-and-mortar outlets across Poland with a vast array of consumer electronics and home appliances. To accommodate its rapid growth, it leased warehouse and office space in Lublin.

7R Park Lublin is a complex of modern warehouse buildings located 3 km from Lublin’s ring-road, which provides access to the S12 and S19 expressways. It consists of five buildings with a total area of approximately 111,605 sq m.
