ERGO Hestia is the best insurer according to drivers

ERGO Hestia was ranked 1st in this year’s “Brand No. 1” (formerly Drivers’ Choice) ranking. In a survey carried out by the website Wybkierowcow.pl, drivers assessed the work of leading insurers in Poland.

Brand No. 1 is an independent satisfaction survey program in the automotive industry. Participants evaluate car brands and models as well as automotive-related services and products in 9 categories. In the 2021 edition of the program, readers completed over 120,000 questionnaires. Survey respondents also indicate insurance companies which, in their opinion, are the most trusted. This year ERGO Hestia took 1st place in the ranking. They assessed, among others efficiency of claims handling and quality of customer service at various stages of contact with the company.

ERGO Hestia is constantly striving to simplify and improve the quality of the claims handling processes. In the activities carried out, it uses the latest technological solutions. The insurer invests i.a. in solutions that improve customer service processes and accelerate the payment of claims. The insurer has implemented solutions that allow customers, among others for digital claims handling or self-settlement of small claims. These are, for example, a video inspection, the AutoWycena application, Mobile Liquidation of Claims, or fully automatic exchange of forms as part of Direct Claims Handling (BLS).

Solutions introduced by ERGO Hestia allow, among others significantly speed up the claim registration process. Currently, the vast majority of reports are registered in real time, right after the client sends the report, and cases that require a broader analysis or medical assessment by a medical examiner are also processed faster.
