Squire Patton Boggs advises on the acquisition of Wołoska 24 office property for ZFP Investments

Squire Patton Boggs in Poland advised ZFP INVESTMENTS, INVESTIČNÍ SPOLEČNOST. A.S.acting in its own name and on the account of ZFP realitní fond, otevřený podílový fond, ZFP Investments, investiční společnost, a.s., a unit fund (in Czech: podílový fond) established under the laws of the Czech Republic in the acquisition of Wołoska 24 office property in Warsaw, Poland via share sale transaction from Ghelamco group companies.

The Squire Patton Boggs Polish team was led by Michał Smolny, co-head of real estate practice in Poland and included of counsel Edyta Dubikowska, associate Karolina Łasowska, senior associate Magdalena Gad-Nowak and junior associates Patrycja Pacholczak, Paweł Hoc, Aleksandra Stępniewicz and Maria Kalinowska.
