Transformation of NDI sp. z o.o. into NDI Spółka Akcyjna
On 30 December 2020, NDI Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (limited liability company) was transformed into NDI Spółka Akcyjna (joint-stock company).
By law, NDI Spółka Akcyjna is a legal successor of the transformed company, i.e. NDI Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością. The change of its legal form does not affect the continuation of the Company’s business operations and its rapport with Partners, Customers and Contractors.
The following Company business details remain unchanged: tax and statistical identification numbers, bank account number, registered office address, telephone numbers and email addresses of its Employees. Only the legal form of the Company and its National Court Register number are subject to change.
Below there is a new email address for forwarding invoices:

and a new email address for reporting defects:
• usterkiNDISA@ndi.com.pl.
Any messages sent to the so-far email addresses (fakturyNDIzoo@ndi.com.pl and usterki_ndispzoo@ndi.com.pl) are to be automatically forwarded to the new email addresses.
